Applicant Personal Commitment

If selected, I will devote the time and effort necessary to meet graduation requirements. I will attend at least six (6) of the eight (8) classes. I will, to the best of my ability, act as an ambassador by sharing my knowledge with other Tamarac residents.

 

Applications will be reviewed by a committee composed of City staff. Participants will be notified of their acceptance by phone and/or e-mail on or before Friday, February 2, 2024. A complete Tamarac University 2024 (Spring Program) schedule will be provided to those selected prior to the start of the session on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Only complete applications will be considered. *PLEASE NOTE: As a student of Tamarac University (TU) you will be visiting the secure BSO Tamarac District headquarters and could be exposed to sensitive information, therefore a background screening will be performed on all accepted TU students. Admittance to the program is contingent upon the background screening.
